Happy 18th Birthday To Our First Baby!

What's 18 in cat years?

Today we are celebrating Abbey's 18th birthday.  Just to put things in perspective, 18 years ago:

• Darling Bride and I were engaged.  Since then one wedding and three children.
• I drove a Chevy S-10 pickup, Darling Bride a Chevy Cavalier.
• No gray hair (maybe some for me).  I was 28, Darling Bride 26.
• Since Abbey, we added two additional cats, two birds, and 4 or 5 aquariums full of fish.
• We have gotten rid of the two additional cats, two birds, and the 4 or 5 aquariums full of fish.  Abbey is the sole survivor.
• Full disclosure:  One of the additional cats got rid of us.
