Recently I wrote a letter, on behalf of one of my clients, to the IRS in protest of a tax, penalty, and interest assessment. This week the IRS replied that we were correct, they were wrong, and the client has a zero balance due.
Just goes to show that even if someone wants to rebuke, correct and discipline you, that person is not necessarily right.
